With the rapid development of the e-commerce industry, the importance of logistics delivery services has become increasingly prominent. This study aims to investigate the timeliness and accuracy of logistics delivery in dropshipping platforms and traditional e-commerce platforms.
E-commerce platforms and dropshipping platforms have revolutionized the way consumers shop. However, the success of these platforms heavily relies on their ability to deliver products to customers in a timely and accurate manner. This research explores the differences and challenges faced by these two types of platforms in terms of logistics delivery.
To conduct this study, data was collected from a sample of 200 customers who have made purchases from both dropshipping platforms and traditional e-commerce platforms. The data included delivery times, accuracy of delivered items, and customer satisfaction ratings.

E-commerce platforms, with their established logistics infrastructure, set a high standard that dropshipping platforms must strive to achieve.
